About RiskTools
RiskTools originated from an associated company called Best Practice Project Management (BPPM), established in 1999. The initial development of risk management tools was undertaken in BPPM. In 2004 RiskTools was formed to focus on developing this key management function.
The development of tools has evolved from the experience of business management consultants delivering practical business processes to a range of clients. This was driven by Clients wishing to develop the principles of AS/NZS 4360:2004 particularly:
