About Gavin Halling
Gavin Halling (MEngSc, MBA, MIE Aust, MICE, MAIPM, MAIMA) is a director of both RiskTools and Best Practice Project Management.
Gavin has assisted many organisations to improve projects and business outcomes. His focus is on the development and application of practical methodologies, procedures and tools – “How to make it happen”. These processes have been refined and used by large national organisations through to SMEs, by both government and private enterprise.
Gavin has provided advice on major, medium and minor projects in engineering construction and building and “soft” projects. His focus as a front–line educator and trainer both in Australia and overseas has been to develop the practical knowledge and skills of managers in risk and project management for both infrastructure developments and organisation management changes.
